The return of boy wonder

It's a little out of order to single out one player from a faultless team performance, but it's my blog and I can do what I want!

Today we saw the return of the boy wonder. Robin Van Persie.

The whole team were excellent though and produced a fantastic display of total football against Reading. Arsenal seem to like playing against them, always playing great flowing football and entertaining us Gooner's.

I'm picking out Van Persie as today was the second FULL ninety minutes he has played in 15 months! An unbelievable stat and its show's the amount of time he has spent on the treatment table.

He is a very important player for us and although not on the score sheet today, he could have added maybe another 15-20 Premiership goal's for us. Let's not forget the goals we have missed that Eduardo would have scored as well.

I really feel that Van Persie could have made a difference to our Premiership title challenge this year. He couldn't help our, at times, shit defending, but today proved the difference from a half fit Van Persie and a fully fit one.

He was superb and it's obvious that his return has made us look more of a threat from set-pieces in recent matches.

His corner's cause havoc and as for his shooting from the dead ball: dangerous. He strikes the ball with that left peg so well. When we get a free-kick around the box now there's more expectation for a goal, just because of the way Van Persie hits it.

I hope he remains fit now. He has been unfortunate with injuries and could be become a liability for us if he keep's getting injured. He has the best left foot in the Premiership and the potential in my eyes to be a top three world-class striker. He just need's to remain free of injury to fulfil that potential.

The boy wonder is back. Lets hope it's for good and next season is a full one for the boy.

Keep it Goonerish.....

Why is this so typical of most Arsenal fans these day??

Top-three in the world? There are better strikers playing in the bottom half of the premierleague namely in Barbatov, Santa Cruz and Owen.

This is without the potential of starlets such as Aguero of Athletico, Bojan of Barca who looks like he will as good as any other striker on the planet and Benzema of Lyon. Get your head out of your ass and realise RVP, like Adebayor has only one foot, isnt as fast as someone like Torres or Villa and has a worse injury record then Darren Anderton.

At Old Trafford we killed MAn United in 2/3 of the pitch where Adebayor let us down with his finishing and RVP was absent as usual. Yes he has come back from injury but next season with Eduardos absence, RVP injusry record, Adebayors questionable consistency and Bendners absolute fcuking uselessness we need a proven, £15m+ goalscorer who would have scored Ade's TWO one-on-one's at Old Trafford. That will win us the premiership. Not 15yr old Luke Freeman...

titi,
owen- hasn't played well for years
santa cruz p- decent but not good enough for us
berbatov- not as good as RVP, bottle the big games

RVP has had two unlucky injuries, I wouldn't write him off just yet!

Wrighty, there is no way this twat is a gooner. He's probably a spud stirring shit up as perusual. Putting that aside, it really was great to RVP out tere again and same with Theo. With Eboue at right back and Theo in mid it just seemed...Perfect. Don't know why Wenger didn't know something we have been saying for months now. Anyhow more of this as we close out the season.

Guys juz dont blame tat lil tit too much.Think he got one point -"but next season with Eduardos absence, RVP injusry record, Adebayors questionable consistency and Bendners absolute fcuking uselessness we need a proven, £15m+ goalscorer who would have scored Ade's TWO one-on-one's at Old Trafford. That will win us the premiership. Not 15yr old Luke Freeman". Its a fact we need someone who can score goals regularly - who is consistent, fit and creative. Not like any shit heads he has mentioned(Do u think Owen is Injury free? Or he half a screative as RVP???). Also he left out one thing - The quality of RVP - may b he doesn't score too many goals but look out man - he's always creating chances for everyone else...
For next season am keeping my hands crossed - Vela is coming back and its said tat he will be given a pos in first team...
Lets hope for the best....
